Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Service Manager to oversee and coordinate health care services within our organization. The successful candidate will manage staff, develop operational policies, and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Establish and implement policies and procedures for service delivery.
Monitor customer service satisfaction and reviews.
Ensure the professional development of clinical staff with regular individual reviews.
Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services.
Control budget and expenditures.
Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
Manage contracts and oversee data analysis.
Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
Oversee the preparation of reports.
Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff.
Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials.

Qualifications & Skills:
Completion of Post-grad in related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical managerial experience.
Clinical experience in commercial settings is preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
