Responsibilities for bilingual Security Guard
-Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
-Manage access control
-Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
-Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
-Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
-Answer questions in person or by phone
-Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
-Maintain a safe and secure environment
-Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect
-CCTV cameras monitoring and operation
-Investigate and report incidents and hazards.
-Monitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access.
-Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols.
-Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
-Complete Daily reports and Incident reports
-Provide assistance and evacuate the building(s) in case of emergency
Qualifications for Bilingual Security Guard
-Hold a valid Manitoba security license
-First aid certification an asset
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to work Afternoon Shifts
-Fluent in French and English ( Written and Verbal)
-Previous experience in the security industry is an asset
-Be eligible to work in Canada
